5. Problem - Zwei Monitore konfigurieren

Ich habe hier einen 18" und einen 15" (siehe unten) TFT stehen. Bisher gibt meine Grafikkarte aber nur ein Bild auf dem 18"er aus. Ich würde gerne beide Monitore benutzen können wie ich das schon unter Windows mache. Beide Monitore sollen unabhängig voneinander arbeiten. Meißtens habe ich auf dem großen TFT einen Browser offen, während der kleine Monitor mein E-Mail Programm im Vollbild darstellt.
Das hier ist meine aktuelle xorg.conf, wenn jemand den Nerv hat auf Grund dieser Konfiguration eine neue xorg.conf zu erstellen, die meinen LG L1515S anspricht.

Das 4. Problem - Beryl Theme ändern

Ich würde meinen Beryl Desktop gerne mit einem neuen Theme aufpeppen. Bisherige versuche sind leider erfolglos verlaufen. Konkret möchte ich dies hier installieren. http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Blueglass-emerald?content=48621 .

Das 3. Problem ist behoben. Danke an tettsch.
Unter System/Einstellungen/Sitzung öffnet sich der Dialog, mit dem man Programme zum Autostart hnzufügen kann. Zweimal beryl eintragen , speichern und neustarten. Das wars.

Ich muss bisher Beryl per Hand starten. Wie kann ich dafür sorgen, daß Beryl automatisch beim hochfahren startet?

2. Lösung ... der Weg zum Ziel

Bisher habe ich alle Pakete nachinstalliert, die mir vom Paketmanager angeboten wird, wenn ich nach Flash suche. Leider hat es das nicht wirklich gebracht. Genauser gesagt hat es nichts geändert. Auch das mplayer Plugin für Mozilla Firefox hat mich meinem Ziel Flash Filme im Browser anzeigen zu lassen nicht näher kommen lassen. Der in Ubuntu integrierte Video Player auf Basis des Totem Multimediaplayer spielt diese Videos ja problemlos ab. Kann ich vielleicht diesen Player im Browser nutzen?
Ich habe meinem Firefox die MediaPlayer Connectivity http://membres.lycos.fr/sethnakht/ Erweiterung verpasst und versucht die Flash Videos mit mplayer, VLC und dem Totem Player abzuspielen. Leider auch ohne Erfolg.
Das Plugin was Christian da vorschlägst ist leider nur im Quelltext zu haben. Wie kompilier ich das zu einem Firefox Plugin?

Das 2. Problem - Flash und 64 Bit Linux

Wie man an diesem Screenshot sehen kann stellt Adobe kein Flash Plugin für einen 64 Bit Mozilla Browser bereit und Youtube startet keinen Film, sondern öffnet nur ein leeres extra Fenster, währen z.B. der Movie Player einen Flash Film problemlos abspielt. Wie kann ich meinem Mozilla Browser beibringen, das er Flash Filme abspielt?
